Scope and catalogue nature

These terms of use govern the use of the website available at www.aicompare.ninja (the "Website"), operated by Martin Müller, sole proprietorship, Buttmannstraße 7A, 13357 Berlin, Germany ("we").

AI Compare Ninja is an editorially operated catalogue of AI tools. The site does not broker contracts between users and listed providers and does not operate a shop. The ordering is not a quality ranking. Clicking a tool link leads to the official provider page; any contract entered into there is solely between the user and the provider.

The German version is authoritative. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Editorial content

The editorial content for each tool (feature overview, description, pricing and plan details, limits, similar tools, and comparison method) is written by us based on publicly available provider sources. The content is not automatically generated text without editorial review.

Accuracy and completeness

Prices, plans and limits are taken from official provider pages and referenced with a source link. Provider changes can occur faster than our updates. In case of doubt, the current provider page is authoritative.

Some providers, particularly outside the EU, state prices excluding tax. The provider's own checkout may add statutory taxes such as VAT or the amount may differ. The final price on the provider's page is always authoritative.

The information is introductory. Before entering into a contract, check the provider’s current terms. The liability provisions of these terms apply.

External links and partner recommendations

The site contains links to external provider pages. Some links are partner or affiliate links labelled as advertising. If a contract is concluded via such a link, we may receive a commission. The selection and ordering of entries is independent of any commission.

We do not operate a display ad network. Partner recommendations are native recommendations in the catalogue. External sites are subject to their own terms of use and privacy notices.

Submissions and contact forms

Messages and tool suggestions can be submitted via the contact form and the submit form. Submitted suggestions are reviewed editorially; there is no automatic publication. We reserve the right to reject spam, abusive content or incomplete suggestions without reply.

Use of AI Compare Ninja badges and brand assets

We provide providers of listed software tools with official badges and widget graphics (the "Badges", such as "Featured on AI Compare Ninja") for voluntary embedding on their own websites. For the duration of a tool's listing in our directory, we grant the respective provider a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, and freely revocable licence to display the Badge on the official website of the listed tool.

The Badge may be used solely to reference the editorial listing and the public profile of the tool on www.aicompare.ninja (or vergleich-ki.de) or to reference the directory in general. The Badge must be directly linked via a functional hyperlink either to the tool's profile page in our directory or to the home page of www.aicompare.ninja (or vergleich-ki.de). Any isolated display of the Badge without linking to our directory is not permitted.

The Badge graphics (including SVG files, raster images, typography, logos, colours, and dimensions) must not be modified, cropped, altered, or distorted in any way. The Badge must always be displayed in its original proportions and colour scheme.

Embedding the Badge must not be misleading or create a false impression at any time. In particular, the Badge must not be presented as a governmental seal of approval, statutory quality mark, formal certification, award, or legal or technical validation by AI Compare Ninja. Furthermore, using the Badge must not suggest sponsorship, corporate affiliation, or formal endorsement by us.

We reserve the right to revoke permission to use the Badge at any time, in whole or in part, without giving reasons. This applies in particular to violations of these terms of use, upon removal of the tool from the directory, or if the embedding website contains unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, or offensive content. Upon revocation, the provider is obliged to remove the Badge and associated embed code from its website immediately, and no later than within five business days.

Limitation of liability

Liability for mildly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, provided no essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) are breached, no damages arising from injury to life, body or health are involved, and no claims under product liability law or mandatory statutory provisions are affected.

The site is provided free of charge. Information about pricing, features and model terms is provided for non-binding initial information. Please always verify current terms directly with the respective provider before concluding a contract or registering. The liability rules above remain unaffected.

Copyright and trademarks

Texts and design are protected to the extent provided by copyright law. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected. Product names and logos identify products; their owners retain their rights.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for merchants and legal entities under public law is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law. The German version of these terms is the legally authoritative version; translations are provided for guidance only.

For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence where those provisions apply under Art. 6(2) of the Rome I Regulation.
