Features

ActiveCampaign connects email campaigns, contact segments and automated workflows. Active Intelligence helps draft campaigns and automations, create content and suggest segments. Additional channels, enhanced CRM and AI Activities are separate add-ons.

For the selected 1,000 email contacts, the euro view with annual billing shows Starter at EUR 15, Plus at 49, Pro at 79 and Enterprise at 145 per month. Starter allows 5 actions per automation; Plus removes that limit and adds landing pages. Predictive and conditional content belongs to Pro and Enterprise, not Plus. Unlimited AI workspace access does not mean unlimited email sends or free add-ons.

Limits

Current plans have monthly email limits of 10 times the contact cap for Starter and Plus, 12 times for Pro and 15 times for Enterprise. These apply to direct and automated campaigns, not one-to-one or transactional emails. The allowance renews monthly even with annual billing. Overage can incur fees and, at a further threshold, suspend sending. Older contracts and separately purchased channels have their own terms.

How we compare

We compare free access, paid entry, plan limits, features and the listed official sources. Unsourced figures stay marked as not published.

Only confirmed entries appear in the catalog. Prices, plans and limits come from listed official vendor pages. Missing figures stay marked as not published. Search results are ordered by Task match by default; category and task lists are alphabetical. Both can be switched to Free access first; neither is a quality ranking. The vendor page always wins.
