Limits

Developer publishes no total monthly compute pool, only a 60-minute maximum per job; ten experiments/project and three private projects add constraints. GPU minutes count three times CPU minutes when a contract includes a total allowance. Production and third-party distribution require the appropriate Enterprise Production Phase. The old $1,500/month and $400 Professional claims are obsolete.

FAQ

Is Edge Impulse available for free?

Yes. A permanently free plan is published, not a time-limited trial. Three private projects, 10 experiments/project, 60 min compute/job.

Where is the vendor of Edge Impulse based?

EdgeImpulse Inc. (Qualcomm-Konzern) is based in the USA. Regardless of that location, data processing and privacy terms are governed by the vendor's own contract.

How is Edge Impulse billed?

The former Professional plan was replaced by Developer. Free is for internal R&D/pre-production and up to 1,000 internal production devices with an active Production Phase subscription. Edge Impulse shows USD prices only (only the Free tier has a figure at all, Enterprise is custom anyway). No currency switch and no EUR/CHF pricing.

What plans does Edge Impulse offer?

The catalog documents 2 plans with price, billing period, and included features.

Is Edge Impulse currently available?

Edge Impulse is still active: Developer/Enterprise structure. Professional officially replaced.

How we compare

We compare free access, paid entry, plan limits, features and the listed official sources. Unsourced figures stay marked as not published.

Only confirmed entries appear in the catalog. Prices, plans and limits come from listed official vendor pages. Missing figures stay marked as not published. Search results are ordered by Task match by default; category and task lists are alphabetical. Both can be switched to Free access first; neither is a quality ranking. The vendor page always wins.
