Features

Spline is a browser-based 3D design tool for interactive scenes, product visualizations, and animations. AI generates textures and objects from text prompts; multiple users can work on the same scene simultaneously. Elements can be embedded directly in websites and web apps. The Free plan offers watermarked web export; Hobby removes the watermark and adds 2,000 AI credits per month, while Pro unlocks video, Apple, and Android export. All plans are in the pricing overview.

Limits

All AI features share one pool: 3D generation, AI textures, style transfer, the 3D agent, and Hana prompts. A finished 3D generation charges both image previews and mesh creation; model and complexity change usage. Spline therefore publishes no fixed model count per 2,000 credits. Max provides five times Hobby's credits for five times the price, while Pro provides only 50% more credits at just over twice the price but unlocks important export/API features. Credits can be increased in 1,000-credit steps at a dynamically shown price.

How we compare

We compare free access, paid entry, plan limits, features and the listed official sources. Unsourced figures stay marked as not published.

Only confirmed entries appear in the catalog. Prices, plans and limits come from listed official vendor pages. Missing figures stay marked as not published. Search results are ordered by Task match by default; category and task lists are alphabetical. Both can be switched to Free access first; neither is a quality ranking. The vendor page always wins.
