A billable AI automation occurs only when AI Agent resolves without a human handoff. On handoff, only the helpdesk ticket is charged. An AI interaction costs $0.90 with annual billing. It costs $1.00 with monthly billing. Every AI interaction also counts as a helpdesk ticket. The $40 Starter price consists of $10 for helpdesk and $30 for AI Agent. The $77 Basic price consists of $50 for helpdesk and $27 for AI Agent. The $471 Pro price consists of $300 for helpdesk and $171 for AI Agent. The $1,227 Advanced price consists of $750 for helpdesk and $477 for AI Agent. An extra ticket costs $0.40 on Starter. It also costs $0.40 on Basic. It costs $0.36 on Pro. It also costs $0.36 on Advanced. An extra AI interaction costs $1.50 on every plan. If the shopper talks to a human within 72 hours, only the helpdesk ticket is charged.
